Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning Technician
Oversee daily operations to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service. Lead, train, and support cleaning technicians while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Schedule staff, perform inspections, and resolve issues before they become problems. Build a team that reflects the professionalism and values of PCS.
